BTCHome is a Canadian, Bitcoin-focused real estate website owned and managed by Real Estate Bay Realty. Through their portal, the company makes it possible to purchase any of their listed properties using crypto, including those listed with fiat currencies such as Canadian Dollars.

The company has dozens of properties, and the purchasing process is so simple that anyone can take advantage of this service. Once the interested client has selected the property and the final price has been agreed on, the client transfers the equivalent fiat value of the property in cryptocurrency to the company. Real Estate Bay Realty will then exchange the crypto and the final invoice will be created in fiat currency. The currency exchange price will be determined by the current market value at the moment of purchase.
